APPOINTMENT POLICY: 

A 24-HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING. FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT NOTICE MAY RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

 $15 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED VIA E-TRANSFER TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.

PAYMENT POLICY:

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE IN CASH. E-TRANSFERS PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO 13% HST

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

ARRIVING MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE MAY RESULT IN A CANCELLATION AND MAY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED WITH A NEW DEPOSIT TO ENSURE THAT WE CAN ACCOMMODATE ALL CLIENTS SCHEDULES

REFUND POLICY:

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON LASH SERVICES. HOWEVER, IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY ISSUES WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL GLADLY ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS.

AFTERCARE POLICY:

TO MAINTAIN THE QUALITY AND LONGEVITY OF YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS, PLEASE FOLLOW OUR AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED AT THE END OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

To ensure a calm and relaxing environment, please note that I am a home-based business and kindly request that clients come alone to their appointments.
